According to the automatic power-off system, an automobile battery is managed, the charging state, the voltage and the temperature of the battery are monitored, and the charging strategy and the discharging depth are adjusted based on the data, so that the battery is prevented from being completely discharged; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring parameters of a whole automobile, controlling the work of each electric appliance in the automobile to be subjected to priority management as much as possible, and gradually closing some non-critical components consuming electric energy according to predefined priorities through a control algorithm so as to store energy for key systems such as a power control system, a brake system, a direction control system and a safety system to use; capacitor redundancy is set, and under the condition of power failure, necessary electric power is provided through a capacitor in a short time so as to ensure that the safety function is normally operated to stop; according to the invention, fault prevention and diagnosis are carried out on the whole vehicle, the electrical system condition of the vehicle is monitored in real time, a driver is warned in advance when electric energy or other related parameters are not in a normal working range, and the effects of carrying out load monitoring and early warning on the vehicle battery and avoiding disasters are achieved.
