S1, determining health state attenuation coefficients alpha corresponding to different working condition intervals; s2, calculating the characteristic parameters of the real vehicle working condition of the new energy vehicle; s3, constructing characteristic parameter vectors of real vehicle working conditions, and calculating a characteristic parameter vector similarity matrix; s4, real vehicle working condition classification; according to the similarity matrix, dividing all the new energy vehicles into a plurality of real vehicle working condition categories by using a spectral clustering algorithm; s5, sampling and testing the available capacity of the power battery of each real vehicle working condition category; s6, evaluating a classification effect; s7, evaluating the health state values of the power batteries of different real vehicle working condition categories; and the health state value of the power battery of each real vehicle working condition category is evaluated through a point estimation method and an interval estimation method. According to the method, the real vehicle working conditions of the new energy vehicle are divided into a plurality of categories, and the health state of the power battery of each category is evaluated.
