The invention relates to the technical field of fault diagnosis, in particular to an intelligent cabin fault diagnosis method under a small sample and a medium, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out the data collection through a vibration sensor disposed on a specified device of a cabin, and obtaining the vibration signals of the specified device in a normal state and in different fault states; 2, judging whether the vibration signal is small sample data or not through a small sample data judging device; the kurtosis principle is used for carrying out feature alignment on original vibration signals, and the model generation quality and the diagnosis precision are improved. A one-dimensional vibration signal is converted into a two-dimensional grey-scale map, higher-dimensional features can be extracted, and model convergence and final diagnosis precision are better facilitated. The C-CGAN model is improved by using an asynchronous updating algorithm, the stability of the model is enhanced, and the model can better enter Nash equilibrium. The Ghost model is used for replacing a CNN model in the C-CGAN, intrinsic features can be better extracted, and the risk that the model falls into gradient disappearance is reduced.
