The invention provides a carbon emission monitoring method based on traffic flow data, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a driving-in image and a driving-out image of a vehicle on a designated road, and enabling the driving-in image and the driving-out image to carry corresponding image generation time; according to the driving-in image, the driving-out image and image generation time carried by the driving-in image and the driving-out image, the vehicle type and the total driving time of the vehicle are obtained, according to the vehicle type of the vehicle, the air-fuel ratio and the pollutant emission concentration volume ratio, the pollutant volume mass conversion coefficient and the pollutant carbon content which are related to the air-fuel ratio are determined, and the total driving time of the vehicle is further combined. And pre-storing related lengths of a level road, an uphill road and a downhill road in the specified road to obtain the pollutant emission of the vehicle. According to the invention, dynamic tail gas monitoring can be carried out on the vehicle running on the road, the method has the advantages of time saving, labor saving, high efficiency, less pollution and the like, and damage caused by tail gas during manual monitoring can be avoided.

    本发明提供一种基于车流数据的碳排放监测方法,包括获取车辆在指定道路上的驶入图像及驶出图像,二者均携带有相应的图像生成时间;根据驶入图像、驶出图像以及二者所携带的图像生成时间,得到车辆的车型和行驶总时间,并根据车辆的车型,确定出空燃比及其关联的污染物排放浓度容积比、污染物容积质量换算系数和污染物碳含量,且进一步结合车辆的行驶总时间,以及预存有指定道路中平路、上坡及下坡的相关长度,得到车辆的污染物排放量。实施本发明,能够对道路上行驶车辆进行动态尾气监测,不仅具有省时省力、效率高、污染少等优点,还能避免人工参与监测时因尾气造成的伤害。
