The invention discloses a power distribution control system applied to a hydraulic system. The power distribution control system comprises a controller, a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor, a rotating speed sensor, a handle, a proportional electromagnetic valve and an executing mechanism. The controller is used for collecting and processing signals, carrying out related operation processing and sending out a control instruction; the pressure sensor is used for measuring oil pump outlet pressure and determining load conditions; the displacement sensor is used for detecting the displacement of the oil pump variable servo oil cylinder so as to determine the actual displacement of the oil pump; the rotating speed sensor is used for measuring the rotating speed of the motor, determining the running speed and feeding back to the controller for closed-loop control; a swing angle signal of the handle is transmitted to the controller in a current form, and the controller controls the current of the proportional electromagnetic valve of the oil pump through logical operation; the proportional electromagnetic valve controls the displacement of the oil pump, and electromagnetic valve control current and the displacement of the oil pump are in a linear relation. According to the invention, the power of the engine can be fully utilized, and the work efficiency of the system can be ensured.

    本发明公开了一种应用于液压系统的功率分配控制系统,包括控制器、压力传感器、排量传感器、转速传感器、手柄、比例电磁阀以及执行机构;控制器用来采集和处理信号以及相关运算处理并发出控制指令;压力传感器用来测量油泵出口压力,确定负载情况;排量传感器用来检测油泵变量伺服油缸的位移,从而确定油泵实际的排量;转速传感器用来测量马达转速,确定行驶速度,反馈给控制器,用于闭环控制;把手柄摆动的角度信号通过电流的形式传递给控制器,控制器通过逻辑运算,对油泵比例电磁阀电流进行控制;比例电磁阀对油泵排量进行控制,电磁阀控制电流和油泵排量成线性关系。本发明既能使发动机功率得到充分利用,又能保证系统的做功效率。
