The invention relates to a chute type unmanned aerial vehicle landing charging device and method. The chute type unmanned aerial vehicle landing charging device comprises a chute landing device, an energy system, an unmanned aerial vehicle storage box, a transmission mechanism, an unmanned aerial vehicle and a microcontroller. A photovoltaic panel is installed on the top of the box body, and the box cover is connected with the main box body through a transmission mechanism. The unmanned aerial vehicle and the sliding groove landing device are located in the box body, and a motor, a microcontroller and a storage battery are arranged at the bottom and keep a certain distance from the ground through a transverse rod. When the unmanned aerial vehicle returns to the position near the box body, the visual sensor scans the AprilTag positioning code on the central convex part of the box body, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle automatically adjusts the position and descends, the rotor wings stop rotating when the landing bracket is in contact with the sliding chute surface, and then the rotor wings move to the spring contact landing structure and are fixed by virtue of the gravity of the rotor wings and the sliding chute, so that charging connection is completed; the controller further controls the motor to rotate to close the box cover.
