The rear wheel assembly comprises a rear wheel and a rear wheel driving device used for driving the rear wheel to operate, and a spoke of the rear wheel is provided with a propeller blade structure; the rear wheel driving device comprises a motor support I, a driving motor, a transmission mechanism and a rear fork assembly, the motor support I is connected to the rear portion of the motorcycle body, the driving motor is installed on the motor support I in a mode that the driving motor can be driven to rotate, and the transmission mechanism is used for transmitting power of the driving motor to a rear wheel. The rear fork body is connected with the driving motor in the mode that the rear fork body can synchronously rotate along with the driving motor and used for completing installation of a rear wheel, and the rear fork body is integrally arranged to be of an inclined structure with the lower portion close to the front. According to the amphibious motorcycle buoyancy system, the overall size of the motorcycle can be effectively adjusted, so that the running resistance is reduced, the power utilization rate is increased, and meanwhile use is facilitated.
