The embodiment of the invention provides an air-conditioning system failure analysis method suitable for a cruise ship, which comprises the following steps: dividing an air-conditioning system into multiple stages of functional components based on the working process of the air-conditioning system of the cruise ship and the configuration structure of the air-conditioning system; on the basis of different navigation working conditions corresponding to the cruise ship, the importance levels of different service areas for the function requirements of the air conditioning system are determined, and the different service areas are the areas correspondingly served by the last-level function assembly in the multiple levels of function assemblies; according to the air conditioning system, in the cooling capacity or heat transmission direction in the air conditioning system, the influence on the whole air conditioning system caused by faults of the corresponding functional assemblies of each stage is reduced stage by stage. Based on a design scheme of a common cruise ship air conditioning system, the influence of different failure types on the system is analyzed by drawing a fault tree of the system.

    本发明实施例提供了一种适用于邮轮的空调系统失效分析方法,包括:基于邮轮的空调系统工作流程以及所述空调系统的配置结构,将所述空调系统划分为多级功能组件;基于邮轮所对应的不同航行工况,确定不同服务区域对空调系统的功能需求的重要等级,其中,所述不同服务区域为所述多级功能组件中的最后一级功能组件所分别对应服务的区域;其中,在所述空调系统中,沿所述空调系统中冷量或热量的传递方向,对应的每一级功能组件所发生故障对所述空调系统整体的影响逐级下降。基于常用邮轮空调系统的设计方案,通过绘制系统的故障树,分析不同失效种类对系统的影响。
