The invention discloses a deicing air bag and a preparation method thereof, and the deicing air bag comprises a first conductive outer rubber layer, a first conductive middle rubber layer, a first coating fabric layer, an isolation cloth layer, a second coating fabric layer, a second conductive middle rubber layer and a second conductive outer rubber layer. The first conductive outer rubber layer and the second conductive outer rubber layer are made of chloroprene rubber and natural rubber, the first conductive middle rubber layer and the second conductive middle rubber layer are made of natural rubber, and the first coating fabric layer, the isolation cloth and the second coating fabric layer are sewn through elastic nylon threads to form a plurality of parallel air channels with the ends not communicated. And the air passage is communicated with the outside through the air tap, so that the inflation and deflation processes required by deicing are realized. The invention has the following advantages: (1) the plurality of layers of rubber materials have conductivity and can conduct static electricity generated by friction between air and the interior of the bag body; and (2) the rubber layer and the coated fabric layer have good bonding performance, and the integrity of multi-layer compounding of the air bag is excellent.

    本发明公开了一种除冰气囊及其制备方法,其中所述除冰气囊包括第一导电外胶层、第一导电中胶层、第一涂覆织物层、隔离布层、第二涂覆织物层、第二导电中胶层和第二导电外胶层,第一导电外胶层与第二导电外胶层采用氯丁橡胶并用天然橡胶,第一导电中胶层和第二导电中胶层采用天然橡胶,第一涂覆织物层与隔离布和第二涂覆织物层采用弹力尼龙线缝合,形成多条端部不连通的平行气道,气道通过气嘴与外部连通,实现除冰所需的充、放气过程。本发明的有点在于:(1)多层橡胶材料均具有导电性能,可以传导空气与囊体内部摩擦所产生的静电;(2)橡胶层与涂覆织物层具有良好粘合性能,气囊多层复合的整体性优异。
