The invention discloses a segmented construction method for an inner bottom of an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) ship. The segmented construction method comprises the following steps: manufacturing an inner bottom plate in a small assembly stage; in the middle assemblage manufacturing stage, the longitudinal and transverse structures are installed on the inner bottom plate, and a middle assemblage is formed; in the large assembly stage, the middle assemblies are reversely buckled on the outer plates, butt joints of the longitudinal and transverse structures and the outer plates are welded, the reverse faces of butt joints between the second carbon steel plates and the first carbon steel plates and the reverse faces of butt joints between the second carbon steel plates and the stainless steel plates are welded, and complete inner bottom segments are formed. Stainless steel and a carbon steel plate of the inner bottom plate are spliced in the small assembly stage, the welding process at the position is optimized, under the condition that deformation of the inner bottom plate is controllable, the jig frame period of the large assembly stage can be greatly shortened, segmented folding forming of the large assembly stage cannot be affected, the segmentation precision meets the requirement, meanwhile, the jig frame period of the large assembly stage is greatly shortened, and the production efficiency is improved. And the segmentation construction efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种LNG船内底分段建造方法,包括以下步骤:在小组立阶段制作内底板;中组立制作阶段,将纵横结构安装到内底板上,形成中组立;大组立阶段,将中组立反扣在外板上,对纵横结构与外板的对接缝进行焊接,对第二碳钢板与第一碳钢板和不锈钢板之间对接缝的反面进行焊接,形成完整的内底分段。本发明将内底板的不锈钢与碳钢板在小组立阶段完成拼接,并优化此处的焊接工艺,在保证内底板变形可控的情况下,能够大大缩短大组阶段的胎架周期,不会影响大组阶段分段的合拢成型,分段精度符合要求,同时大幅缩短大组在胎周期,提升分段施工效率。
