The invention provides an offshore deepwater floating type meteorological and hydrological monitoring system. The offshore deepwater floating type meteorological and hydrological monitoring system comprises a floating body supporting structure, and various marine environment monitoring instruments, a dynamic positioning part, an electric power system and an analysis control system which are carried on the floating body supporting structure, the analysis control system comprises a data integration and processing module, a marine monitoring control module, a dynamic positioning control module and a ballast water distribution control module; the various marine environment monitoring instruments are respectively connected with the marine monitoring control module and the data integration and processing module, and are used for controlling real-time monitoring and transmitting environment parameters; the floating body supporting structure is semi-submersible; the ballast water distribution control module is connected with the floating body supporting structure and is used for dynamically adjusting the draft depth of the floating body supporting structure according to the environmental parameters; the electric power system comprises a plurality of wind driven generators; the dynamic positioning part is connected with the dynamic positioning control module and the data integration and processing module and used for enabling the floating body supporting structure to be located at a preset target position. According to the invention, unmanned automatic meteorological and hydrological monitoring can be realized.

    本发明提供了一种海上深水浮式气象水文监测系统,包括浮体支撑结构、及搭载在其上的多种海洋环境监测仪器、动力定位部、电力系统及分析控制系统;分析控制系统包括数据集成及处理模块、海洋监测控制模块、动力定位控制模块和压载水分布控制模块;多种海洋环境监测仪器分别与海洋监测控制模块和数据集成及处理模块连接,用于控制实时监测并传输环境参数;浮体支撑结构为半潜式;压载水分布控制模块与浮体支撑结构连接,用于根据环境参数动态地调整浮体支撑结构的吃水深度;电力系统包括多台风力发电机;动力定位部分别与动力定位控制模块和数据集成及处理模块连接,用于使浮体支撑结构处于预定的目标位置。本发明可实现无人自动化气象水文监测。
