The invention provides a vehicle dynamic collision avoidance method and device, electronic equipment and a computer readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of vehicle collision avoidance. The method comprises the following steps: determining a plurality of collision avoidance repulsive forces, acting on a target vehicle, of a plurality of obstacle vehicles according to position data such as actual distances, spatial data, collision distances, safety distances and interaction distances between the target vehicle and the plurality of obstacle vehicles; according to the position data, the multiple collision avoidance repulsive forces, weight coefficients of the obstacle vehicles and the like, collision avoidance resultant forces of the multiple obstacle vehicles acting on the target vehicle are calculated; through the collision avoidance force, motion data such as an acceleration curve and speed of the target vehicle are determined; according to the embodiment of the invention, the deceleration process of the target vehicle can be smoother, the planned track is safer and more efficient, and the rear-end collision problem caused by unreasonable braking or sudden braking is avoided.
