The invention provides a satellite structural plate for space electron radiation protection and a manufacturing method thereof. The satellite structural plate comprises a honeycomb structural plate and an electronic protection functional filler, the honeycomb structural plate comprises an upper skin, a lower skin and a honeycomb core; the upper skin and the lower skin are connected with the honeycomb core through an adhesive; the electronic protection functional filler comprises a polymer matrix, metal or metal oxide powder and an antioxidant, and the honeycomb core is uniformly filled with the polymer matrix, the metal or metal oxide powder and the antioxidant; the problems that heavy metal protection adopted by an earth orbit and a deep space exploration spacecraft is too high in dead weight, the thickness of a protective coating is too small, electrons with energy of MeV grade and above cannot be effectively protected, and pure polymer protection is poor in mechanical and heat-conducting performance are solved, integration of structural strength and the radiation-resistant function is achieved, and the service life of the earth orbit and the deep space exploration spacecraft is prolonged. Effective protection on space high-energy electrons is formed under the condition that the space in the cabin is not additionally occupied, the total dosage level in the cabin is reduced, meanwhile, the heat conduction performance is better than that of an original aluminum alloy structural plate, and space application is facilitated.

    本发明提供的一种用于空间电子辐射防护的卫星结构板及其制造方法,包括蜂窝结构板、电子防护功能填料;蜂窝结构板包括上蒙皮、下蒙皮、蜂窝芯;上蒙皮和下蒙皮通过胶黏剂与蜂窝芯相连;电子防护功能填料,包括聚合物基体、金属或金属氧化物粉末、抗氧化剂,并均匀填充于蜂窝芯中;本发明解决了地球轨道和深空探测航天器采用重金属防护自重过高、采用防护涂层厚度过小无法对MeV级及以上能量的电子形成有效防护、采用纯聚合物防护力学和导热性能差等问题,实现了结构强度和抗辐射功能一体化,在不额外占用舱内空间的条件下形成对空间高能电子的有效防护,降低舱内总剂量水平,同时导热性能较原有铝合金结构板更优,利于空间应用。
