本发明公开了一种暂冲式风洞主引射器压力控制方法,该控制方法采用有主引射器,还采用有相互独立的主引压力一号测量通道和主引压力二号测量通道,主引压力一号测量通道和主引压力二号测量通道分别测量主引射器管路内的主引压力,主引压力二号测量通道的前端设有持压舱;在风洞试验启动充压阶段,由主引压力一号测量通道负责主引压力反馈值测量,当主引压力进入给定值误差带形成稳态后,切换至主引压力二号测量通道负责主引压力反馈值测量。该方法的使用不会延长风洞启动充压时间,在主引压力稳态调节时,能减小噪声对主引压力测量的影响,提高主引压力的控制精度,同时两路测量通道互为监测,也能提高主引压力测量系统的安全性。

In the starting pressurizing stage of the wind tunnel test, the first main lead pressure measuring channel is responsible for main lead pressure feedback value measurement, and when the main lead pressure enters a given value error band and forms a steady state, the second main lead pressure measuring channel is switched to be responsible for main lead pressure feedback value measurement. When the method is used, the starting pressurizing time of the wind tunnel cannot be prolonged, the influence of noise on main lead pressure measurement can be reduced and the control precision of the main lead pressure can be improved when the main lead pressure is adjusted in a steady state, and meanwhile, the safety of a main lead pressure measurement system can also be improved as the two measurement channels monitor each other.
