The fault identification unit is used for carrying out fault judgment based on monitoring information of each axle counting board card, generating a fault data packet and sending the fault data packet to the summarizing monitoring unit, and the summarizing monitoring unit is used for summarizing and packaging the fault data packet sent by each fault identification unit to obtain a plurality of unit fault data packets and sending the unit fault data packets to the axle counting board cards. And each unit fault data packet is sent to an upper computer, and the upper computer is used for analyzing each unit fault data packet and displaying the fault component identifier and the fault type corresponding to the fault component identifier based on an analysis result.
