According to the unloading device of the bulk cargo transportation semitrailer and the design method of the unloading device, the unloading device comprises a push plate, a belt and a winding drum, the push plate is located at the front end of a carriage, the winding drum is located at the tail end of the carriage, and the two ends of the belt are connected with the push plate and the winding drum through belt pressing strips respectively. The design method comprises the following steps: analyzing the stress condition of the push plate in the unloading device, establishing a mathematical relationship between the stress and the designed inclination angle of the push plate, and determining the inclination angle range of the push plate according to the basic information of loaded and unloaded goods and the basic information of the semitrailer. And finally, the inclination angle of the push plate supporting plate is designed by taking the minimum absolute value of the resultant moment formed by the force on the push plate surface at the lower left corner of the push plate as the target. The unloading device is simple in structure, the height change of the gravity center is small during unloading, and the overturning probability of the semitrailer during unloading can be effectively reduced.

    一种散体货物运输半挂车的卸货装置及其设计方法,卸货装置包括推板、皮带和卷筒,所述推板位于车厢前端,所述卷筒位于车厢尾端,所述皮带的两端通过皮带压条分别与推板、卷筒连接在一起。设计方法包括分析卸货装置中推板的受力状况,再将其受力与推板设计倾斜角建立数学关系,然后根据装卸货物的基本信息、半挂车的基本信息来确定推板的倾斜角范围,最后以推板面上的力在推板左下角形成的合力矩的绝对值最小为目标,设计推板支撑板的倾斜角度。利用本发明设计的卸货装置结构简单、卸货时重心高度变化小、能够有效降低货时半挂车倾覆概率。
