The invention discloses a method for controlling operation stability of a PHEV type air-conditioning system in a high-temperature environment, and relates to an automobile air-conditioning system. According to different pressures of the air-conditioning system, different compressor rotating speed control logics are formulated, and the pressures and the vehicle speed of the air-conditioning system are used as logic control input parameters; the radiator rotating speed, the compressor rotating speed and the electronic expansion valve opening degree serve as logic output, and when the pressure of an air conditioning system is high, the heat dissipation capacity of a condenser is improved by increasing the rotating speed of a radiator fan; when the vehicle speed is low, the gear of the air blower is lowered, battery cooling is stopped in good time, the heat dissipation load of the condenser is reduced, and by balancing the battery cooling requirement and the passenger compartment refrigeration requirement, it is ensured that the system pressure is stable, refrigeration of an air conditioning system can be normally conducted, and passenger compartment refrigeration can be continuously achieved; the system is maintained in a relatively stable working state, and user complaints are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种PHEV车型空调系统高温环境下运行稳定性控制方法,涉及汽车空调系统,根据空调系统压力的不同,制定不同压缩机转速控制逻辑,将空调系统压力、车速作为逻辑控制输入参量,散热器转速、压缩机转速、电子膨胀阀开度作为逻辑输出,在空调系统压力较高时,通过增大散热器风扇转速,有助于提升冷凝器散热能力;在车速较低时,降低鼓风机挡位、适时的关闭电池冷却,有助于减少冷凝器的散热负荷,通过平衡电池冷却需求与乘员舱制冷需求,确保系统压力稳定,空调系统制冷能够正常进行能够持续的实现乘员舱制冷,让系统维持在比较稳定的工作状态,避免用户抱怨。
