The embodiment of the invention provides an aircraft ground residence time estimation method and device, equipment and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a ground infrared characteristic curve generated by an aircraft; a large salient point set and a small salient point set are determined from a ground infrared characteristic curve generated by the aircraft, large salient points in the large salient point set represent infrared characteristics when the aircraft lands, and small salient points in the small salient point set represent infrared characteristics when the aircraft takes off; and determining the ground residence time of the aircraft based on the large salient point set and the small salient point set. According to the embodiment of the invention, the infrared characteristics can accurately reflect the landing time and the take-off time of the aircraft, so that the ground stay time of the aircraft determined based on the infrared characteristics is high in accuracy; and the ground staying time of the aircraft is determined by utilizing a plurality of landing times and take-off times, so that the accuracy of the ground staying time is further ensured.
