本发明涉及飞机加油技术领域,具体是一种柴油机驱动的移动式变工况自适应输油泵站控制方法,包括以下操作步骤:首先将具有两台可并行的输油泵的移动式加油装置的终端阀门与飞机油箱连通,且第一台输油泵处于待机状态;再根据待加油飞机的数量,确定终端阀门开启的数量;若终端阀门开启的数量在设定范围内,则启动第一台输油泵进行输油;反之,则同步启动第二台输油泵;当飞机油箱内的油量达到预定值后,控制第二台输油泵转变为待机状态;使用第一台输油泵加油,至飞机油箱内的油量达到要求,将第一台输油泵转换为待机状态,此时加油完成;本发明能够根据待加油飞机的数量,精准的控制终端阀门开启的数量,提高加油的精度,同时提高加油的效率。

    The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft refueling, in particular to a control method for a movable variable-working-condition self-adaptive fuel delivery pump station driven by a diesel engine, which comprises the following operation steps: firstly, a terminal valve of a movable refueling device with two parallel fuel delivery pumps is communicated with an aircraft fuel tank, and the first fuel delivery pump is in a standby state; determining the number of opened terminal valves according to the number of the to-be-refueled aircrafts; if the number of the opened terminal valves is within the set range, a first oil delivery pump is started for oil delivery; otherwise, the second oil delivery pump is started synchronously; when the fuel quantity in the fuel tank of the aircraft reaches a preset value, the second fuel delivery pump is controlled to be converted into a standby state; the first fuel delivery pump is used for refueling until the fuel quantity in the aircraft fuel tank meets the requirement, the first fuel delivery pump is converted into a standby state, and refueling is completed at the moment; according to the number of to-be-refueled aircrafts, the number of opened terminal valves can be accurately controlled, the refueling precision is improved, and meanwhile the refueling efficiency is improved.
