The invention relates to a guide wheel derailment detection system, which comprises a plurality of detection sensors, a first diagnosis terminal and a second diagnosis terminal; the logic processing module obtains information detected by all the detection sensors; when the head detection sensor does not detect that the duration of the track reaches the upper limit value of the preset tolerance time, derailment early warning is given out; in the running direction of the vehicle, when a certain middle detection sensor does not detect the track at the position A, the detection data of a front side detection sensor C of a front side bogie adjacent to the bogie to which the certain middle detection sensor belongs at the position B is recorded; the detection data and the data detected when the certain middle detection sensor advances to the position B are compared, and if the two data are compared to be different and the duration time when the certain middle detection sensor does not detect the track reaches the upper limit value of the preset tolerance time, derailment early warning is given out. The detection system accurately realizes derailment early warning.

    本发明涉及一种导轮脱轨检测系统,包括:多个检测传感器;第一诊断终端和第二诊断终端;逻辑处理模块获取所有检测传感器所检测信息;在头部检测传感器未检测到轨道的持续时间达到预设宽容时间的上限值时,发出脱轨预警;沿车辆运行方向,某一中部检测传感器在位置A未检测到轨道的时刻下,记录某一中部检测传感器所属转向架的相邻前侧转向架的前侧检测传感器C在位置B的检测数据,并比较所述检测数据和所述某一中部检测传感器行进至所述位置B时检测的数据,若比较两者数据不同、且所述某一中部检测传感器未检测到轨道的持续时间达到预设宽容时间的上限值时,发出脱轨预警。该检测系统准确实现脱轨预警。
