The invention discloses a railway turnout zone wheel rail abnormal state identification method, which comprises the following steps: (1) data acquisition and processing: performing data acquisition on vibration of a turnout steel rail by using a vibration acceleration sensor mounted on a fixed frog of a turnout zone, and acquiring and preprocessing the measured vibration data; (2) abnormal contact detection: processing the vibration data by adopting an FK method so as to detect abnormal contact between the steel rail and the wheel rail; and (3) identifying and positioning abnormal contact, namely identifying and positioning the position of the abnormal contact by analyzing a signal processing algorithm of the FK spectrogram. According to the method, the vertical and transverse vibration characteristics of the fixed frog are obtained through the vibration acceleration sensor installed on the fixed frog in the turnout zone, the FK method analysis method is utilized, steel rail vibration data can be effectively processed, useful information is extracted, and the positions of wheel sets in abnormal contact are recognized and positioned; therefore, abnormal contact can be accurately identified and positioned in the vibration signal of the turnout zone.

    本发明公开了一种铁路道岔区轮轨异常状态识别方法,包括如下步骤:(1)数据采集与处理,利用安装在道岔区固定辙叉上的振动加速度传感器对道岔钢轨的振动进行数据采集,并将测量到的振动数据采集并进行预处理;(2)异常接触检测,采用FK法对振动数据进行处理,以检测钢轨和轮轨之间的异常接触;(3)异常接触识别与定位,通过分析FK谱图的信号处理算法,识别并定位异常接触的位置。本发明利用安装在道岔区固定辙叉上的振动加速度传感器,得到固定辙叉垂向和横向振动特性,利用FK法分析方法,可以有效地处理钢轨振动数据并提取有用的信息识别并定位异常接触的轮对位置,从而在道岔区的振动信号中准确地识别和定位异常接触。
