The invention relates to a battery self-heating system and a vehicle, and aims to improve the self-heating efficiency of a power battery pack in a battery self-heating process. The system comprises a power battery pack, a first heating module, a second heating module and a controller, wherein the power battery pack comprises a first battery pack and a second battery pack which are connected in series; a first connecting end and a second connecting end of the first heating module are respectively connected with a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the power battery pack; the first connecting end and the second connecting end of the second heating module are respectively connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the second battery pack, and the third connecting end of the second heating module is connected with the third connecting end of the first heating module; the controller is connected with the first heating module and the second heating module; and the controller is configured to control the first battery pack and the second battery pack to alternately charge and discharge through the first heating module and the second heating module.
