The invention discloses a control method and system of a suspension assembly, a storage medium and a vehicle, the suspension assembly comprises a shock absorber and a plurality of control arms, the shock absorber is connected between a vehicle body and one of the control arms, and the control method comprises the steps that road condition information and the current height of the vehicle body are obtained; according to the road condition information and the current height of the vehicle body, the vehicle body adjusting height is determined; and the shock absorber is controlled according to the vehicle body adjusting height, so that the ground clearance of the vehicle body is increased, and the vehicle can safely cross obstacles. Therefore, by controlling the shock absorber, the vehicle body is adjusted to the height position suitable for passing through the front road section in the advancing direction of the vehicle body, the passing requirement of the vehicle is met, the vehicle is effectively prevented from being scratched by obstacles on the road surface, and the driving safety of the vehicle is improved.
