The invention discloses a biodegradable plastic foot pad for an automobile and a preparation method thereof.The biodegradable plastic foot pad for the automobile comprises an upper layer, a core layer and a lower layer which are formed in a hot press mode, and the upper layer and the lower layer are PBAT and PLA alloy layers; the PBAT and PLA alloy layer is obtained by uniformly mixing an alloy composition, extruding by double-screw extrusion equipment, granulating by a granulator and carrying out hot press molding; the alloy composition comprises PBAT, PLA, a lubricant and an antioxidant; the core layer material is modified reticular fibrilia, and the modified reticular fibrilia is obtained by the following steps: forming a mixed solution from a chain extender and ethanol, and soaking the reticular fibrilia in the mixed solution for 12-24 hours; and adding a water repellent agent into the mixed solution, soaking for 6-12 hours, and drying to obtain the modified reticular fibrilia. According to the automobile foot mat, the biodegradable performance is maintained, the water absorption expansion rate is reduced, and the mechanical performance is improved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车用可生物降解塑料脚垫及其制备方法,所述汽车用可生物降解塑料脚垫包括热压成型的上层、芯层和下层,所述的上层和下层均为PBAT和PLA合金层,所述的PBAT和PLA合金层是由合金组合物经混合均匀、双螺杆挤出设备挤出、造粒机造粒、热压成型而获得,所述合金组合物包括PBAT、PLA、润滑剂和抗氧剂;所述的芯层材料为改性网状麻纤维,所述的改性网状麻纤维通过如下方法获得:将扩链剂与乙醇组成混合溶液,再将网状麻纤维浸泡在该混合溶液中12‑24h;将疏水剂加入到混合溶液中,再浸泡6‑12h后烘干得到改性网状麻纤维。本发明的汽车脚垫维持了可生物降解性能,降低了吸水膨胀率,提高了机械性能。
