The system comprises a brake pedal, a magneto-rheological rotary damper, an induction magnet, an angle sensor, a vehicle-mounted controller and a spring assembly. The brake pedal comprises a pedal end and a supporting rod end connected with the pedal end. The magneto-rheological rotary damper comprises a rotating shaft and a magneto-rheological assembly, one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly arranged on the supporting rod end, and the other end of the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the magneto-rheological assembly; the induction magnet is arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft; the angle sensor is arranged on the magneto-rheological assembly and corresponds to the induction magnet. The angle sensor and the magneto-rheological assembly are connected with the vehicle-mounted controller through wires. One end of the spring assembly is connected with the vehicle body, and the other end is connected with the strut end. The problems that a spiral cylindrical compression spring type pedal feeling simulator is small in compression amount, the pre-tightening degree cannot be adjusted, and the requirements of different vehicle types or individual drivers cannot be met can be solved.
