The chassis coating process of the vehicle comprises the steps that electrophoresis treatment is conducted on vehicle frame spare parts and a large bearing support, and the thickness of an electrophoresis paint film layer is controlled to range from 20 micrometers to 30 micrometers; the other parts are coated; assembling the frame spare parts and the large load-bearing bracket after electrophoresis treatment into a first-stage chassis; powder spraying and drying are conducted on the first-stage base plate, and the total thickness of an electrophoresis paint film layer and a powder spraying paint film layer after the powder coating is dried is controlled to be larger than or equal to 60 micrometers; assembling other parts on the first-stage chassis after powder spraying and drying to form a chassis assembly; weather-resistant varnish is sprayed to the chassis assembly, and the total thickness of the electrophoresis paint film layer, the powder spraying paint film layer and the varnish paint film layer is controlled to be larger than or equal to 80 micrometers. The chassis coated by the coating process has relatively high salt mist resistance and aging resistance; and the looseness risk of the joint of the frame spare parts and the large-load-bearing support is small, and the anti-corrosion structure is suitable for high-end vehicles, especially high-end heavy trucks, with high requirements for the anti-corrosion performance and the reliability of the whole vehicle.
