The invention discloses a microgravity simulation device and method for a roll type solar wing extension rod component. The microgravity simulation device comprises a fixing tool, a hanging tool, an air floatation tool and an air foot. The fixing tool is used for fixing a cross beam assembly of the roll type solar wing stretching rod component and keeping the cross beam assembly still in the unfolding and folding processes. The hanging tool is used for hanging a roll type solar wing extension rod part, the upper end is connected with the supporting assembly, and the lower end is connected with the air flotation tool; the air floatation tool is used for connecting the hanging tool and the air foot; and the air foot floats on the assembly platform after being ventilated and is used for enabling the motion of the roll type solar wing extension rod component to be in a friction-free state. According to the invention, the gravity unloading precision and the repeated folding precision of the moving reel in the unfolding and folding test process of the roll-type solar wing extension rod component are controlled, and the assembly precision of the roll-type solar wing extension rod component and the accuracy of the microgravity simulation test process are improved.

    本发明一种卷式太阳翼伸展杆部件微重力模拟装置与方法,微重力模拟装置包括固定工装、吊挂工装、气浮工装和气足。固定工装用于将卷式太阳翼伸展杆部件的横梁组件固定,在展开和收拢过程中保持不动;吊挂工装用于吊挂卷式太阳翼伸展杆部件,上端与支撑组件连接,下端与气浮工装连接;气浮工装用于连接吊挂工装和气足;气足通气后漂浮于装配平台上,用于使卷式太阳翼伸展杆部件的运动处于无摩擦状态。本发明解决卷式太阳翼伸展杆部件展收试验过程中运动卷轴的重力卸载精度和重复收拢精度控制,提高了卷式太阳翼伸展杆部件的装配精度和微重力模拟试验过程的准确性。
