The invention belongs to the technical field of rudder assembly parts, and particularly discloses a novel rudder blade connector which is a hollow cylindrical component, the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical component is provided with two welding units which are oppositely arranged, and each welding unit comprises an annular tangent plane and a square boss which is formed by the annular tangent plane and enclosed by the annular tangent plane; the rudder blade outer plate is provided with a connecting hole which enables the rudder blade outer plate to be arranged on the boss in a sleeved mode and is consistent with the boss in shape. A welding seam is formed between the hole wall of the connecting hole and the side vertical face of the boss. The vertical step is additionally arranged on the basis of an existing rudder blade connecting body, a complete process boss is formed, rapid and accurate positioning is achieved when the rudder blade connecting body is in butt joint with a rudder blade outer plate, the welding difficulty is greatly reduced, the building efficiency and the welding seam quality are improved, and the strength of a rudder blade is guaranteed; and the welding and polishing workload of welding seams is effectively reduced, and the surface smoothness of the rudder blade outer plate after welding is improved.

    本发明属于船舵装配件技术领域,具体公开了一种新型舵叶连接体,为一中空的柱形构件,所述柱形构件的外周面具有相对设置的两个焊接单元,所述焊接单元包括一环形切面以及因所述环形切面形成的被其围合在内的方形的凸台;所述舵叶外板开设有将其套装到所述凸台的形状与凸台一致的连接孔;所述连接孔的孔壁与凸台的侧立面之间形成焊缝。本发明通过在现有舵叶连接体的基础上增加竖直台阶,形成一个完整的工艺凸台,实现其与舵叶外板对接时的快速精准定位,大大降低焊接难度,提高建造效率和焊缝质量,保证舵叶强度;并有效降低焊缝焊接和打磨工作量,提升舵叶外板焊接后的表面光滑度。
