The invention relates to a fuel cabin radar pipe support positioning and mounting method which comprises the steps that 1, a pump tower and a dome are mounted, and a radar pipe is mounted at a dome cover on one side of a pump tower pipe of the pump tower; 2, installing a plumb aligner, a radar reflecting plate and a target; 3, adjusting the position of the plumb aligner by taking the radar reflecting plate as a reference; 4, the angle of the plumb aligner is adjusted to enable the plumb aligner to light upwards to be aligned with the target center of the target, meanwhile, it is guaranteed that light emitted downwards by the plumb aligner irradiates the center of the radar reflecting plate, and after adjustment is completed, the position of the plumb aligner is fixed; 5, adjusting the position of the radar pipe support to enable light to penetrate through a light hole of the positioning device from the lower part when the plumb aligner emits light upwards, and fixing the radar pipe support on one side of the pump tower pipe; 6, by taking the mounted radar pipe bracket as a reference, mounting adjacent radar pipe brackets according to the method in the step 3; and 7, repeating the steps 5-6 to install all radar pipe supports. The problems that a plurality of radar pipe supports in the height direction are high in positioning difficulty and low in precision are solved, and reworking is avoided.
本发明涉及一种燃料舱雷达管支架定位安装方法,包括:1、安装泵塔和穹顶,泵塔的泵塔管的一侧的穹顶盖处安装有雷达管;2、安装垂准仪和雷达反射板和标靶;3、以雷达反射板为基准调整垂准仪的位置;4、调整垂准仪的角度使得垂准仪向上打光对准标靶的靶心的同时保证垂准仪朝下方的打光照射在雷达反射板的中心,调整完成后固定垂准仪的位置;5、调整雷达管支架的位置使得垂准仪朝上方打光时光从下方穿过定位装置的透光孔,将雷达管支架固定在泵塔管一侧;6、以安装好的雷达管支架为参照,按照步骤3的方法安装相邻的雷达管支架;7、重复步骤5‑6安装所有雷达管支架。本发明解决了高度方向若干雷达管支架定位难度大、精度低的问题,避免返工。
