The invention discloses an expressway bottleneck section emergency lane management and control system, and relates to the technical field of expressway emergency lane management and control. The system comprises a bottleneck road section entrance camera, a network connection device, a background processor and a traffic guidance device. A bottleneck road section entrance camera is used for collecting video data, the video data are transmitted to a background processor through a network connection device, a deep learning algorithm is used for converting the video data into vehicle type traffic volume and vehicle speed, preprocessed data are subjected to flow prediction through an EMD-KNN-GRU combined model, and flow prediction is conducted on different scenes such as congestion, construction and accidents. Comprehensively judging whether an emergency lane needs to be opened or not according to the service level and the vehicle speed, displaying the currently closed lane and the opened lane through a traffic guidance device, and displaying emergency lane closing information after the road section is unblocked. The method can effectively reduce the congestion time of the expressway, avoids the waste of emergency resources caused by opening the emergency lane for a long time, and is low in investment cost, simple in design and high in reliability.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路瓶颈路段应急车道管控系统,涉及高速公路应急车道管控技术领域。本发明包括瓶颈路段入口摄像机、网络连接装置、后台处理器、交通诱导装置;以瓶颈路段入口摄像机采集视频数据,通过网络连接装置传输至后台处理器,利用深度学习算法转换成分车型交通量及车速,预处理后的数据采用EMD‑KNN‑GRU组合模型进行流量预测,针对拥堵、施工、事故不同场景,根据服务水平及车速综合判断是否需要开启应急车道,并通过交通诱导装置展示当前关闭车道和开放车道,路段恢复畅通后展示应急车道关闭信息。本发明能够有效减少高速公路拥堵时间,避免过长时间开放应急车道导致应急资源的浪费,投资费用少、设计简单、可靠性高。
