The invention discloses a method for transforming a 1200-ton supporting rod into a 1600-ton suspender. The method comprises the following steps that a, the distance between an upper lifting lug and a lower lifting lug of the suspender and the stress of the lifting lugs are calculated according to the use working condition; b, a lifting lug of an original 1200-ton supporting rod is transformed, and the bearing capacity of the lifting lug is improved; c, a lifting lug structure and a reinforcing plate are additionally arranged on an original 1200-ton supporting rod; and d, T-shaped structures are additionally arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of an original 1200-ton supporting rod circular pipe body for reinforcement, and the bearing capacity of the suspender is improved. According to the method for transforming the 1200-ton supporting rod into the 1600-ton lifting rod, the 1600-ton lifting rod needed by module lifting is solved, 40-ton steel plates can be saved, cost is reduced, efficiency is improved, competitiveness is improved, and the using efficiency of an original supporting rod is improved.

    本发明公开了一种1200吨撑杆改造成1600吨吊杆的方法,包括以下步骤:a、根据使用工况计算出吊杆的上下吊耳间距及吊耳受力大小;b、对原1200吨撑杆的吊耳进行改造,提高吊耳承载能力;c、在原1200吨撑杆上增加吊耳结构及加强板;d、对原1200吨撑杆圆管本体上下增加T型结构进行加强,提高吊杆的承载能力。本发明1200吨撑杆改造成1600吨吊杆的方法,解决模块吊装需要的1600吨吊杆,采用此方法可以节约40吨钢板,降本增效、提高竞争力、提高原有撑杆的使用效率的效果。
