本发明提供了一种机翼防除冰结构,其制备方法,应用其的系统、无人机。该机翼防除冰结构包括:蒙皮;换热腔本体,固定于所述蒙皮的内侧,其内部形成有换热腔,所述换热腔靠近蒙皮的外侧面上形成有嵌入所述蒙皮内的换热凸起。本发明换热凸起的设计去除了一部分导热热阻,强化了换热腔到外界空气之间的传热系数,使更多的热量用于除冰而不是在中间过程耗散,极大地提升了除冰效果。

Through the design of the heat exchange protrusions, a part of heat conduction heat resistance is removed, the heat transfer coefficient between the heat exchange cavity and the outside air is enhanced, more heat is used for deicing instead of being dissipated in the middle process, and the deicing effect is greatly improved.
