The invention belongs to the technical field of aircrafts, and relates to a rudderless airship gas jet control device and a rudderless airship. The control device comprises a jet flow air bag, an air inlet fan and a hard jet flow air cavity structure. Independent jet air bags are separately arranged at the tail part of the boat body; an air inlet fan is arranged on the jet air bag, and a hard jet air cavity structure is arranged on the rear edge of the tail wing. An air cavity is formed in the hard jet flow air cavity structure, the hard jet flow air cavity structure is connected with the surface of the jet flow air bag, and an air inlet of the hard jet flow air cavity structure is communicated with the interior of the jet flow air bag.
