The invention relates to a vehicle small offset collision force transmission path optimization method which comprises the steps that an energy absorption covering part is additionally arranged on a front bumper cross beam, the size of a local longitudinal beam outer plate is enlarged, collision force is transmitted backwards through a front wall baffle reinforcing plate and a torsion box, and a first force transmission path is formed; a plurality of connecting beams of a front wheel cover are connected to form a closed connecting beam to construct a cavity, the connecting beam is connected with a longitudinal beam outer plate, a longitudinal beam inner plate, a front wheel cover front connecting lower beam and a front wheel cover front connecting upper beam, when collision occurs, a force dispersion path is increased, energy can be transmitted to the rear of a vehicle, and a second force transmission path is constructed; when collision occurs, part of energy transmitted by the front bumper cross beam, the energy absorption box and the energy absorption covering part is transmitted to the rear of the vehicle through the auxiliary frame, and a third force transmission path is constructed. Three force transmission paths are optimized, so that multi-path energy absorption transmission in the collision process is achieved, the collision load borne by a passenger compartment is reduced, and the small offset collision performance of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明涉及一种车辆小偏置碰撞传力路径优化方法,包括在前保险杠横梁上增加吸能覆盖件,扩大局部纵梁外板的尺寸,通过前围挡板加强板和扭力盒将碰撞力向后传递,构成第一条传力路径;将前轮罩多个连接梁连接形成一个封闭的连接梁构建一个腔体,此连接梁与纵梁外板,纵梁内板与前轮罩前连接下梁、前轮罩前连接上梁连接,当碰撞发生时,增加了力的分散路径,使能量能够向车后传递,构建第二条传力路径;碰撞发生时后,前保险杠横梁、吸能盒、吸能覆盖件传递过来的能量还有一部分通过副车架向车后传递,构建第三条传力路径。本发明优化三条传力路径从而实现碰撞过程中的多路径吸能传递,进而降低乘员舱所受碰撞载荷,提升车辆整体的小偏置碰撞性能。
