The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy, and particularly relates to a fuel cell automobile and a hydrogen control system thereof. The problem that in the prior art, when communication between a whole vehicle or a fuel cell system controller and a hydrogen system controller is interrupted, the hydrogen system controller cannot cut off power supply to a cylinder valve electromagnetic valve in time, and therefore more serious safety accidents are caused is solved. The power supply circuit for independently controlling hydrogen supply to supply power for the hydrogen system controller is added to the whole vehicle low-voltage power supply module, and the whole vehicle controller controls the on-off of the power supply circuit to control the starting or cutting off of hydrogen supply, so that the whole vehicle controller and the hydrogen system controller double control the starting or cutting off of hydrogen supply; when the hydrogen system controller cannot cut off power supply to the cylinder valve electromagnetic valve in time, hydrogen supply can still be cut off through the vehicle control unit, safety accidents caused by the fact that hydrogen supply cannot be cut off in time are prevented, and safety under abnormal conditions such as collision or faults of a hydrogen system is improved.

    本发明属于新能源技术领域,具体涉及一种燃料电池汽车及其氢气控制系统。为解决现有技术中在整车或燃料电池系统控制器与氢系统控制器的通信中断时,氢系统控制器无法及时切断对瓶阀电磁阀的供电,从而导致引发更严重的安全事故的问题,本发明通过在整车低压供电模块增加单独为氢系统控制器控制供氢进行供电的供电电路,并通过整车控制器控制供电电路的通断以控制供氢的开启或切断,以使整车控制器和氢系统控制器双重控制开启或切断供氢,保证在氢系统控制器无法及时切断对瓶阀电磁阀的供电时,仍能通过整车控制器切断供氢,防止不能及时切断供氢引发安全事故,提升氢系统碰撞或故障等异常情况下的安全性。
