The invention relates to a hoisting method and an auxiliary hoisting device of a large component, the auxiliary hoisting device is arranged between a crane hook and a hoisted component, the auxiliary hoisting device comprises a frame, a fixed lifting lug and a movable lifting lug, the fixed lifting lug is arranged on the upper side of the frame, and the movable lifting lug is arranged on the lower side of the frame; a hoisting steel wire rope is connected to the crown block lifting hook, and the lower end of the hoisting steel wire rope is connected to each fixed lifting lug; each component lifting lug is connected with a component steel wire rope; the upper end of the steel wire rope of each component is connected with one movable lifting lug; the position of the movable lifting lug is adjusted, so that each component steel wire rope is perpendicular; and the crown block is controlled to hoist, and the hoisted component is moved to a designated position. By means of the hoisting method and the hoisting auxiliary device, the movable lifting lug and the component lifting lug are located on the same vertical line, the steel wire rope between the movable lifting lug and the component lifting lug and the component only bear vertical loads, and container deformation caused by the fact that the component lifting lug bears oblique pulling force is avoided.

    本发明涉及大型构件的吊装方法及其吊装辅助装置,在天车吊钩和被吊装构件之间设置吊装辅助装置,吊装辅助装置包括框架、固定吊耳和移动吊耳,固定吊耳设置在框架上侧,移动吊耳设置在框架下侧;在天车吊钩上连接吊装钢丝绳,吊装钢丝绳的下端连接到各固定吊耳上;在每一个构件吊耳上分别连接一根构件钢丝绳;将各构件钢丝绳的上端分别与一个移动吊耳连接;调整移动吊耳的位置,使每一根构件钢丝绳垂直;控制天车起吊,将被吊装构件移动到指定位置。通过上述吊装方法和吊装辅助装置,使移动吊耳和构件吊耳在同一垂线上,移动吊耳和构件吊耳间的钢丝绳和构件自身仅承受竖向荷载,避免构件吊耳受斜向拉力而导致容器变形。
