The invention relates to the technical field of energy-absorbing seats, and discloses a large-impact overload energy-absorbing seat which comprises a seat basic frame, and the seat basic frame is composed of a mounting support, a seat flexible body and an energy-absorbing module. The mounting bracket comprises two stand columns, the two stand columns are symmetrically arranged, bearing seats are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the sides, close to each other, of the stand columns on the two sides, and cross beams are fixedly arranged between the two corresponding bearing seats; the middle end of the rod wall of the stand column is movably sleeved with an upper shaft sleeve, a limiting mechanism is arranged between the upper shaft sleeve and the stand column, and the lower end of the stand column is fixedly sleeved with a lower shaft sleeve. According to the large-impact overload energy-absorbing seat, all the components can be independently optimized, upgraded and replaced in a modular design, the use requirements of different energy-absorbing levels of multiple vehicle types are met, and the trafficability requirements of special equipment such as armored vehicles are met by means of a quick split installation design and a flexible part detachable design which are formed by a U-shaped bayonet design.
