The invention discloses an electric vehicle high-voltage safety management device and a control method. The low-voltage connecting device is used for interlocking communication under the normal condition of a vehicle, or interlocking signal output under the normal condition of the vehicle, or high-voltage relay power supply driving under the normal condition of the vehicle, or high-voltage relay power supply driving output under the normal condition of the vehicle; the battery management system is used for detecting the state of the low-voltage connecting device, sending a signal to the VCU in time according to the corresponding state of the low-voltage connecting device and forbidding high-voltage output at the same time; and the VCU is used for receiving the low-voltage connecting device state signal sent by the battery management system and sending an alarm to a user according to whether the corresponding state signal is abnormal or not. High-voltage forced disconnection under the abnormal or maintenance state of the vehicle is achieved, high-voltage unexpected output under the abnormal or maintenance state of the vehicle is reliably avoided, and potential risks harming personnel safety are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车高压安全管理装置及控制方法。它包括低压连接装置,用于车辆正常情况下的互锁连通,或用于车辆正常情况下的互锁信号输出,或用于车辆正常情况下的高压继电器电源驱动,或用于车辆正常情况下的高压继电器电源驱动输出;电池管理系统,用于检测低压连接装置状态,并根据低压连接装置对应状态及时发送信号到整车控制器VCU,同时禁止高压输出;整车控制器VCU,用于接收电池管理系统发出的低压连接装置状态信号,并根据对应状态信号是否异常发送报警到用户。本发明实现车辆异常或维修状态下的高压强制断开,可靠避免车辆异常或维修状态下高压非预期输出,避免危害人员安全的潜在风险。
