According to the method, on-board satellite communication equipment and a ground user side information system are adopted, the test flight information global real-time monitoring task can be achieved with low investment cost, the blank of the civil aircraft test flight monitoring field is filled, the implementation method is simple and effective, and the method has the advantages of being remarkable in effect, low in cost, friendly in user interface, easy to operate and the like.
