The invention provides lifting height checking equipment and a checking method, the lifting height checking equipment comprises a metal detection sheet, a detection switch, a crane PLC system and a control system, the metal detection sheet is fixedly installed at the edge of a steel wire rope reel, the detection switch is fixedly installed on a reel base, the crane PLC system detects the lifting height of a lifting mechanism, and the control system controls the lifting mechanism to lift the steel wire rope reel. The detection switch is electrically connected with the control system, and the crane PLC system is electrically connected with the control system; when the metal detection sheet passes through the detection switch, counting is triggered once, the control system calculates the lifting height according to winding and unwinding of the winding drum, the control system compares the calculated lifting height with the lifting height detected by the crane PLC system, and if the difference value is smaller than or equal to a threshold value, the crane works normally; if the difference value is larger than the threshold value, the control system sends out an alarm signal. Whether the encoder loosens and slides or not is determined, accumulative errors of multiple times of triggering of the detection switch can be calculated and judged, and detection of tiny sliding is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种起升高度校验设备及校验方法,包括金属检测片、检测开关、起重机PLC系统以及控制系统,金属检测片固定安装在钢丝绳卷筒的边缘,检测开关固定安装在卷筒底座上,起重机PLC系统检测起升机构的起升高度,检测开关与控制系统电连接,起重机PLC系统与控制系统电连接;金属检测片经过检测开关时触发一次计数,控制系统根据卷筒收放卷计算起升高度,控制系统将计算得到的起升高度与起重机PLC系统检测的起升高度相比较,若差值小于等于阈值,则正常工作;若差值大于阈值,控制系统发出报警信号。确定编码器是否出现松脱滑动,且能够计算检测开关多次触发的累积误差并进行判断,实现对微小滑动的检测。
