The invention discloses an automatic detection and maintenance device for a damaged structure and a method thereof, belongs to the technical field of automatic detection and maintenance of airplanes, and aims to solve the problems of high risk, high labor intensity, low efficiency and poor precision and reliability due to the fact that existing detection and maintenance of the damaged structure depend on manpower. A manual moving module is located below a supporting frame, the relative position of the manual moving module is determined through a positioning measurement module, a moving guide rail module is arranged on the top of the supporting frame, an automatic detection and maintenance module is installed on the moving guide rail module and used for detecting and maintaining a sample piece on the manual moving module, and a control cabinet is placed at the bottom of the supporting frame. The control cabinet is in signal connection with the movable guide rail module and the automatic detection and maintenance module. According to the invention, a to-be-detected sample piece is moved through the manual moving module, so that automatic detection and maintenance of a large-size damaged structure are realized in a manner of cooperating with the automatic detection and maintenance module.

    本发明公开了一种面向损伤结构的自动化检测和维修装置及其方法,属于飞机自动化检测维修技术领域,其目的是解决现有含损伤结构的检测与维修依赖于人工,不仅风险大、劳动强度大,而且效率低、精度和可靠性差的问题;其手动移动模块位于支撑框架的下方,且通过定位测量模块确定相对位置,支撑框架的顶部设置有移动导轨模块,移动导轨模块上安装有自动化检测和维修模块,对手动移动模块上的样件进行检测和维修,控制柜放置于支撑框架的底部上,且控制柜分别与移动导轨模块和自动化检测和维修模块信号相连;本发明通过手动移动模块移动待检测的样件,从而配合自动化检测和维修模块的方式来实现对大尺寸损伤结构的自动化检测和维修。
