The invention discloses a control system and a control method for stabilizing a control lever. The system comprises a control lever device, wherein the control lever device comprises a transverse rolling shaft, a pitching shaft, a transmission mechanism, a direct current motor and a coupler; the transverse rolling shaft and the pitch shaft are of a two-degree decoupling structure, and the transmission mechanism adopts a four-bar mechanism to achieve transmission of motor driving force. The direct current motor serves as a force feedback loading mechanism, the coefficient of a control algorithm can be adjusted according to requirements, then the motor provides different loading forces, and therefore the control feelings of different aircraft control can be simulated. The joystick device can realize mutually independent operation of pitching and rolling of the aircraft and stable control of the aircraft. And an aircraft operator can correctly sense the control force and the force application direction. The whole operating lever device adopts a modular design, so that the operating lever device is convenient to manufacture, maintain, repair and replace.
本发明公开了一种操纵杆变稳的操纵系统及方法,系统包括:操纵杆装置包括横滚轴与俯仰轴、传动机构、直流电机、联轴器。横滚轴与俯仰轴为二由度解耦结构,传动机构采用四杆机构实现电机驱动力的传递。直流电机作为力反馈加载机构,按需求可调整控制算法的系数进而使电机提供不同的加载力,从而达到可以模拟不同飞机操纵的操纵感觉。该操纵杆装置能够实现飞行器的俯仰和横滚的相互独立操作与飞机的变稳操纵。使得飞行器操作人员能够正确感知操纵力和施力方向。整个操纵杆装置采用模块化设计,使得制造,维护,维修与更换都比较方便。
