The invention provides a self-adaptive pressing force electric pressing type spare tire carrier lifting system, which comprises a spare tire carrier bearing module, a spare tire carrier lifting module, a spare tire carrier lifting module and a spare tire carrier lifting module, wherein the spare tire carrier bearing module is fixedly connected with a frame and is used for bearing a spare tire; the environmental parameter acquisition module comprises a pressure sensor, an acceleration measurement unit and a motor torque measurement unit and is used for acquiring measurement data and transmitting the measurement data to the self-adaptive pressure regulation module; the self-adaptive pressure adjusting module comprises a data fusion unit, a calculation unit and an instruction controller and is used for calculating self-adaptive pressing force according to the measurement data acquired by the environment parameter acquisition module; and the electric lifting device comprises a power supply, a motor, a microcontroller, a pressing tray, a limiting device and a locking mechanism, and is used for lifting the spare tire and pressing the spare tire to the spare tire carrier bearing module. The pressing force of the spare wheel carrier can be adjusted in a self-adaptive mode according to the environment, stress concentration is avoided, a spare wheel is prevented from falling off, the service life of the spare wheel carrier is prolonged, and the whole vehicle driving safety is improved.

    本发明提供了一种自适应压紧力的电动压紧式备胎架升降系统,包括:备胎架承载模块与车架固定连接,用于承载备胎;环境参数采集模块,包括:压力传感器、加速度测量单元、电机力矩测量单元,用于采集测量数据传送给自适应压力调节模块;自适应压力调节模块,包括:数据融合单元、计算单元、指令控制器,根据环境参数采集模块采集的测量数据计算自适应压紧力;电动升降装置,包括:电源、电机、微控制器、压紧托盘、限位装置、锁死机构,用于提升备胎压紧到备胎架承载模块。本发明能够根据环境自适应调节备胎架的压紧力,避免应力集中,防止备胎脱落,提高备胎架使用寿命和整车行驶安全性。
