The invention discloses a pump truck hybrid power control system which comprises a box body, two first mounting plates are fixedly arranged on the side faces of the box body respectively, an electric input shaft and an engine input shaft are rotationally arranged on the two first mounting plates respectively, and a second mounting plate is fixedly arranged on the other side of the box body. An output shaft is rotationally arranged on the second mounting plate, a combination sleeve is arranged on the output shaft, in the material waiting process, a lithium battery can be used for providing power to replace a chassis engine to control rotation of stirring blades of a hopper, oil consumption of a pump truck is greatly reduced, meanwhile, the lithium battery can provide power for an additionally-installed air conditioner, and the energy consumption is reduced. Considerable economic benefits are brought to customers, and meanwhile more comfortable working experience is brought to operators in high and low temperature working environments. When hybrid power is switched, switching can be conducted only when the rotating speed of new power reaches the standard through the control mechanism, before and after power switching, the rotating speed of the stirring blades is almost unchanged, blockage is avoided, and the rotating condition of the stirring blades of the hopper cannot be affected.

    本发明公开了一种泵车混合动力控制系统,包括箱体,所述箱体的侧面分别固定设有两个第一安装板,两个所述第一安装板上分别转动设有电动输入轴和发动机输入轴,所述箱体的另一侧固定设有第二安装板,所述第二安装板上转动设有输出轴,所述输出轴上设有结合套,在待料过程中,可用锂电池提供动力代替底盘发动机来控制料斗搅拌叶片旋转,大大降低泵车油耗,同时锂电池可为加装的空调提供动力,为客户带来可观的经济效益的同时也为操作者在高低温工作环境带来更舒适的工作体验;本发明的混合动力在切换时,通过控制机构保证新的动力转速达标时才可以切换,在动力切换前后,搅拌叶片的转速几乎不变,不会有卡顿,不会影响料斗搅拌叶片的转动情况。
