The invention provides an energy storage type emergency power supply and drive control method and device for a mine induction motor hoist. The method comprises the steps that the working states of a mains supply loop 1 and a mains supply loop 2 are collected in real time; judging whether to cut off the commercial power supply mode and put into the emergency power supply mode according to the abnormal working states of the commercial power loops 1 and 2; putting into an emergency power supply mode, and switching the elevator from commercial power supply to emergency power supply; starting an elevator auxiliary unit and an elevator electric control unit, and judging whether the elevator has operation conditions or not; receiving an elevator operation instruction, and controlling the elevator to operate according to the operation instruction; and the emergency working mode is quitted, and emergency power supply of the elevator is switched to commercial power supply. An original diesel engine power generation system is replaced with a new energy storage and conversion combined mode, the emergency power supply problem of the mine induction motor elevator control system is solved, an emergency rescue lifting channel can be rapidly established, and safety guarantee is provided for mine personnel and production.

    本发明提供了一种矿井感应电机提升机储能式应急供电及驱动控制方法及装置,该方法包括:实时采集市电回路1与市电回路2的工作状态;根据市电回路1和2的工作异常状态判断是否切除市电供电模式投入应急供电模式;投入应急供电模式,将提升机由市电供电切换至应急供电;启动提升机辅助单元和提升机电控单元,并判断提升机是否具备运行条件;接收提升机运行指令,按照运行指令控制提升机运转;退出应急工作模式,将提升机由应急供电切换至市电供电。本发明采用新能源储能与变流相结合的方式替代原柴油机发电系统,解决了矿井感应电机提升机控制系统应急供电问题,能够迅速建立应急救援提升通道,为矿山人员及生产提供安全保障。
