The invention relates to a hoisting transportation protection process for a large-diameter flow guide device, which comprises the following steps of: placing the large-diameter flow guide device on a window frame type base, installing a wedge-shaped elastic protection device at a corresponding position of a stern wing of the flow guide device, respectively installing four pull rods on the window frame type base, hoisting a top frame shaped like a Chinese character'mi 'on the flow guide device; the window frame type base is connected with the star-shaped top frame through a pull rod; the adjusting lead screw and the jacking device are fastened; four hanging belts penetrate into the four eyebolts on the top frame shaped like the Chinese character'mi 'for hoisting; during transportation and fixation, the window frame type base and a vehicle deck or a cabin wall are fastened through the four lug plates on the window frame type base; four lifting hooks are used for knotting at the corresponding gravity center positions of the cylinder body to form lifting points, two crane lifting hooks are used for hooking the lifting points respectively, the two lifting hooks are operated in a matched mode, synchronous ascending is conducted firstly, then one lifting hook ascends, and the other lifting hook descends to complete turning-over operation. The flow guiding device and the tool are combined into a whole, the whole hoisting, transporting and overturning operation process is safe and efficient, the flow guiding device cannot be damaged, and meanwhile convenience and high efficiency are achieved.

    本发明涉及一种用于大直径导流装置的吊装运输防护工艺,将大直径导流装置放置在窗框式底座上,将锲形弹性保护装置安装在导流装置艉翼的相对应位置,4根拉杆分别安装在窗框式底座上,米字型顶架吊放到导流装置上,通过拉杆将窗框式底座与米字型顶架进行连接;将调节丝杆和顶撑装置进行紧固;使用4根吊带穿入米字型顶架上的4根吊环螺栓,进行起吊;运输固定时,使用窗框式底座上的4个耳板将窗框式底座与车辆甲板或船舱舱壁进行紧固;使用4根吊在筒体上相应的重心位置进行打结,形成吊点,使用2只行车吊钩分别勾住上述吊点,2只吊钩配合操作,先同步上升,再1个吊钩升1个吊钩降,完成翻身作业。将导流装置和工装组合成一体,整个吊装、运输、翻转作业过程安全高效,不会损伤导流装置,同时方便高效。
