    本发明公开一种潜艇推进系统及潜艇,涉及潜艇技术领域,包括动力单元,所述动力单元包括多组间隔分布的推进机构,所述推进机构包括叶轮组件和驱动组件,依靠无刷电机转子和叶轮相固定连接,完成对桨叶的旋转驱动,潜艇在高速行驶时,高速来流直接冲入桨叶之间的空隙,而不被艇体所遮挡,所以发动机入口的水流速度较高。因此叶轮的转速依赖高速来流的冲入,可以进一步被提升,所以驱动组件转速就更高,无刷电机转子和无刷电机定子之间的相对线速度也会提高,使得驱动组件的输出效率更高,本发明中潜艇的驱动组件分布在艇体周围,定子线圈所处位置的圆形半径,比集中在尾部中间位置时更大,更大的线圈位置半径,将带来更高的转矩。
