The invention provides a distributed vehicle height adjusting method and system. The distributed vehicle height adjusting method and system are applied to a vehicle comprising four hub motor driving wheels. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a roll angle and a pitch angle of a chassis, and calculating four-wheel load torque; the armature voltage of each hub motor driving wheel is determined according to the four-wheel load torque and the change rate of the four-wheel load torque, so that first armature voltage is obtained, and the height of the corresponding chassis support is adjusted according to the first armature voltage; the height difference between the height of the chassis support in each hub motor driving wheel and the adjacent hub motor driving wheel and the target adjusting height is obtained; and determining the armature voltage of each hub motor driving wheel according to the height difference to obtain a second armature voltage, and adjusting the height of the corresponding chassis bracket according to the second armature voltage. According to the method, when the height of the vehicle is adjusted, the pitching and rolling dynamic constraints of the vehicle body and the height information of the chassis supports in the driving wheels of the adjacent hub motors are considered, so that the posture of the vehicle body can be well maintained in the vehicle height adjusting process, and the stable speed of vehicle height adjustment is increased.

    本发明提供的分布式车高调节方法及系统,应用于包含4个轮毂电机驱动轮的汽车上;方法包括:获取底盘的侧倾角和俯仰角,计算四轮负载转矩;根据四轮负载转矩及其变化率确定每个轮毂电机驱动轮的电枢电压,以得到第一电枢电压,根据第一电枢电压调节对应底盘支架高度;获取每个轮毂电机驱动轮以及与相邻轮毂电机驱动轮中底盘支架高度与目标调节高度的高度差;根据高度差确定每个轮毂电机驱动轮的电枢电压,以得到第二电枢电压,根据第二电枢电压调节对应底盘支架高度。该方法在调节车高时,考虑了车身俯仰与侧倾动态约束、以及相邻轮毂电机驱动轮中底盘支架的高度信息,使得在车高调节过程中能够较好地维持车身姿态,并提升了车高调节的稳定速度。
