The invention relates to the technical field of road traffic, in particular to an expressway management and control method, device and equipment based on weather early warning information, and the method comprises the steps: collecting weather early warning information which comprises an early warning region, an early warning type, severe weather early warning time and severe weather duration; generating an early warning road section which is about to be influenced by the meteorological early warning information; matching a first management and control scheme; all management and control stations needing to be managed and controlled around the early warning road section starting point and the early warning road section ending point are selected; generating a first management and control time and a second management and control time corresponding to the management and control site; generating a second management and control scheme corresponding to each management and control site; and sending the second management and control scheme to a management and control personnel terminal corresponding to each management and control site, so that management and control personnel implement management and control at the corresponding management and control site in advance. The method has the advantages that the time-space difference of the management and control scheme is eliminated through the first management and control time and the second management and control time, and the management and control accuracy is guaranteed.
