The overall structure of the drum body is formed by installing and welding a left connecting hub, a right connecting hub and the drum body, surface induction quenching is conducted on the inner sides of the left connecting hub and the right connecting hub after the whole drum body is machined and survived, the depth of a hardening layer is 3-5 mm, and therefore the abrasion resistance of the drum body is guaranteed. A special quenching tool is designed for induction quenching, and the roller body is driven to rotate through rotation of the tool, so that induction quenching of the inner side of the whole connecting hub is realized. Compared with the prior art, by adopting the structure and the process method, the wear resistance requirement of the inner side face of the roller body is met through surface induction quenching, a wear-resisting plate does not need to be arranged, the manufacturing difficulty and the manufacturing cost are reduced, and the welding performance of parts is improved; and a special quenching device is adopted, so that induction quenching of the inner side surfaces of the roller bodies with different diameters and different thicknesses is realized, and meanwhile, the uniformity of a hardening layer can be ensured.

    本发明提供了一种提高绞车滚筒体耐磨性的工艺方法及淬火装置:滚筒体的整体结构采用左、右连接毂与筒体组焊而成,整体加工成活后对左右连接毂内侧进行表面感应淬火,淬硬层深度3‑5mm,以保证其耐磨性。感应淬火设计专用的淬火工装,通过工装旋转带动滚筒体转动,从而实现整个连接毂内侧的感应淬火。与现有技术相比,采用这种结构及工艺方法,通过表面感应淬火实现了滚筒体内侧面的耐磨性要求,不需要设置耐磨板,降低了制造难度及制造成本,提高了零件的焊接性能;采用专用淬火装置,实现了不同直径、不同厚度的滚筒体内侧面感应淬火,同时也可保证了淬硬层的均匀性。
